원고 작은 겨자씨가 뿌리내리고 싹을 내어 나무가 되고 숲을 이루듯, 통일 한국이 세계에 심을 꿈은 지구촌에 뿌리내리고 이내 무성한 희망의 숲을 이룰 것입니다. 통일 한국이 심고자 하는 씨앗은 한반도가 경험했던 5000년 역사가 지구촌 200개 국가와 나누는 꿈입니다. 이제 통일 한국이 희망의 씨앗을 뿌립니다. 성장의 돌파구가 필요한 국가에 성장의 씨앗을, 내전으로 고통받는 국가에 평화의 씨앗을, 책임이 무거운 국가에 나눔의 씨앗을 뿌려 지구촌에 희망의 숲을 이룰 것입니다. 성장의 씨앗 The Seeds of Growth 세계를 향한 통일 한국 성장의 씨앗을 설명해 주세요. 2014년 UN 식량 부족 빈곤국가는 193개국 중 55개국에 달합니다. 통일 한국은 인구 8,000만 명을 가진 세계7위의 경제대국으로 부상하고, 중국 및 러시아와 국경을 마주함으로써 동북3성,연해주 등의 성장을 앞당기는 촉매가 될 것입니다. 중국, 러시아 등과 막혔던 철도와 도로, 전력망과 가스관을 연결하여 유라시아 전역에 활력을 불어넣어 줄 것입니다. 나아가 식량 부족 빈곤 국가에서 반세기만에 산업화에 성공하고, 분단을 극복한 한국의 성장 경험은 지구촌 전체에 소중한 자산이 될 것입니다. 성장의 씨앗 대상 국가들의 고민에 공감하고 한국의 경험을 들려주세요. 평화의 씨앗 The Seeds of Peace 한반도의 통일은 남북대치와 북핵이라는 동북아시아의 안보 불안을 해소함으로써 지역안정에 기여할 것입니다. 이는 동북아의 안보 협력을 가능하게 할 것입니다. 나아가 통일 한국은 대치상황에 집중되었던 한반도의 군사력을 세계 평화를 위해 사용할 것입니다. 평화를 고민하는 평화의 씨앗 대상 국가들의 아픔에 공감하고 통일 한국이 어떤 역할을 할 수 있을 지 소개해주세요. 나눔의 씨앗 The Seeds of Giving 환경오염, 에너지고갈 등 비전통적 이슈들이 대두되고 전통적 안보, 빈곤 문제의 해결도 여전히 쉽지 않은 21세기. A tiny mustard seed strikes its root into the ground, sprouts, grows to be a tree, and later becomes a part of the forest. Likewise, the dreams implanted by the reunified Korea will be rooted in the global village and soon form a thick forest of hope. Unified Korea will share the dream of world’s positive changes and prosperity by overcoming the tragedy as a divided nation. Now, a reunified Korea sows three kinds of seeds to create a forest of hope in our global village: the seeds of growth for the countries that need breakthroughs in development, the seeds of peace for the countries that are suffering from civil wars, and the seeds of giving for the countries that can share. According to the United Nations, 55 countries out of 193 member countries are listed as Low-Income Food Deficit Countries in 2014. With this in mind, a reunified Korea will sow the world with the seeds of growth. Reunified Korea, with a population of 80 million people, will emerge as a seventh major economic power in the world. As a country that borders China and Russia, a reunified Korea will be the catalyst for the growth of nearby regions, such as the three northeastern provinces and Yeonhaeju, the Maritime Province of Russia. Connecting the blocked railways, roads, electrical grids, and gas lines will energize the entire Eurasian continent. Furthermore, Korea’s success in reunification, on top of its past experience of fast industrialization that took a mere half-century will serve as an example to the world. A reunified Korea will sow the world with the seeds of peace. By resolving East Asia’s unstable security caused by the North Korea’s nuclear program as well as the military tension between the North and South, a reunified Korea will contribute to the regional stability. Moreover, a reunified Korea will use its military, which was previously focused on the tension between North and South, for the world peace. A reunified Korea will sow the world with the seeds of sharing. In the 21st century, non-traditional issues like pollution and energy exhaustion came to the fore, in addition to the traditional issues, such as security and poverty, that remains unsolved; thus the developed countries of the 21st century bears heavy responsibility. Reunified Korea will share its experiences of solving the problems of internal growth and peace with other countries. Furthermore, reunified Korea will be in control of issues like environment, energy, women and human right.
